Impala 59

The photo tour we be focused around a wonderful restored classic Impala from 1959. You will visit the many wonderful sights and most interesting places in Havana and you will have the opportunity to photograph the sights with a vintage car, a piece of modernistic art. Throughout this photo tour, you’ll be guided by Joerg Alexander, a multi-award-winning photographer with a wealth of local knowledge and a passion for Cuba. Through constant tutoring, Joerg will help bring out the best photographer in you.

Classic Vintage Convertible

We takes you to the most inspiring places in the best light of the day. You can expect to have some incredible portrait, street and cultural photography opportunities.

Photo Walk in Vibora

We start photo walk in Vibora, the highest point of Havana, an authentic and visually impressive part of the city. From there we walk down to the lively Calzada de 10 Octubre until we get picked up again.

Professional Guide

Enjoy very personal guidance and tutoring because of small groups, allowing individual teaching and guidance.

Photo Tutoring

Experience Cuba’s vibrant live and culture through your lens. Improve your photography skills and put your skills into practice straight away.

Tour Itinerary

13:30 - Meeting at Plaza Cristo
We meet in the group and go through your equipment and discuss the basic techniques and the conception of our tour.
14:00 - Vibora
We drive up to Vibora, the highest point of Havana and start our photo walk in one of the most authentic and visually impressive part of the city.
15:00 -Vintage Garage
We visit an American Classic Car restoration garage. Learn first hand how they restore these classic American beauties from the 50’s. This setting makes for some amazing photography.
16:30 - Vintage Car Tour
Afterwards we depart in these beautifully restored classic cars for a drive through Havana.
17:15 - Malecon
We cruise over the Malecon just in time for the sunset.
18:00 - Hotel Nacional
We finish our tour at the Hotel Nacional with a delicious cocktail overlooking the Malecon and the sea.
